Born and raised in California, Nick Boring brings both local expertise and a broad perspective to the Greater San Diego market, including Clairemont, Linda Vista, Mission Valley, and North Park. Nick holds degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, and, as an engineer, he has helped design cutting-edge medical, consumer, and industrial products. He has honed the time management and interpersonal skills that serve him well as an agent.

An entrepreneur, Nick was initially attracted to real estate by the opportunity to build his own business. After watching both of his grandmothers manage lucrative real estate careers, Nick decided to dip his toe into investing. He quickly expanded his scope beyond his own portfolio to help others achieve financial freedom through real estate.
